Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed anytime before your marriage license is submitted to the Clerk of Court and will result in a 50% refund. Unfortunately, once the license has been submitted, not only can we not issue a refund, but you are legally married.

Refund Policy

A 50% refund will be given to all customers who request by phone a cancellation and refund before the marriage license is submitted to the Clerk of Court.

Shipping Policy

Two certified copies of your marriage license will be sent to whatever address you specify in your application. Generally, this is done within 14 days of successful submission of your completed forms. However, because we rely on the Clerk of Court to process the marriage applications, we are unable to guarantee when your marriage will be performed. For a small additional charge, we also offer overnight shipping of your marriage license should you desire.
